We are looking forward to welcoming the academic and research community to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik from 5th to 6th April 2024 for the 12th International OFEL Conference "ESG Evolution: Charting the Path to Responsible Governance" hosted by the University of Dubrovnik, Department of Economics and Business Economics.

OFEL 2023 was our eleventh conference to date with high profile plenary sessions and over a hundred papers presented across 4 major tracks. The OFEL 2024 conference offers a unique opportunity for scholars and practitioners interested in the issues related to leadership, governance, management,education, and entrepreneurship to share their thinking and latest research findings.

We would like to invite all scholars, post‐graduate students and doctoral candidates interested in any of these fields of research or practice to join us in shaping the future of our discipline in a friendly and supportive environment.
