The OFEL 2022 conference offers a unique opportunity for scholars and practitioners interested in the issues related to leadership, governance, management, education, decision-making, and entrepreneurship to share their thinking and latest research findings. We would like to invite all scholars, post-graduate students and doctoral candidates interested in any of these fields of research or practice to join us in shaping the future of our disciplines in a friendly and supportive environment.

OFEL 2022 / ESD Proceedings will be submitted for evaluation for their inclusion in the Web of Science (Conference Proceedings Citation Index). More than thirty of previous ESD editions are already part of WoS Core Collection (CPCI).

Papers accepted for the conference will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to author registration and peer review. You can find more details on the OFEL 2022 conference at https://www.ciru.hr/
