We are looking forward to welcoming the academic and research community to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik from 31^st March to 1^st April 2023 for the 11^th International OFEL Conference "The Dark Side of Management and Governance: power, ideology, tensions, and destructive traits" and International Scientific Conference on Economic and Social Development hosted by the University of Dubrovnik, Department of Economics and Business Economics.

OFEL 2022 was our tenth conference to date, with high profile plenary sessions and over a hundred papers presented across 4 major tracks. The OFEL 2023 conference offers a unique opportunity for scholars and practitioners interested in the issues related to leadership, governance, management, organizational behavior and entrepreneurship to share their thinking and latest research findings.

We are very pleased to announce a distinguished OFEL 2023 keynote speaker Viktor Dorfler, a senior lecturer at Strathclyde University Glasgow. A second keynote will be announced soon.

We would like to invite all scholars, postgraduate students and doctoral candidates interested in any of these fields of research or practice to join us in shaping the future of our discipline in a friendly and supportive environment.
